How to reset your password

This how-to guide illustrates how to reset the password for non-SSO users.

Enter the email address and then select Continue.

Select Forgot Password and then select Continue.

You will be sent an email which will allow you to reset the password.

Check your inbox for the confirmation email. Once opened, select Confirm to proceed, or copy the link and paste it into a new browser window.

You will be asked to verify your identity.

Check your email for a 6-digit verification code and enter it when prompted to confirm your identity.

Type your new password, enter it again to confirm, and then select Reset Password. The password must contain the following :

at least 15 characters
at least 3 of the following :
- lower case letters (a-z)
- upper case letters (A-Z)
- numbers (0-9)
- special characters (eg. !@#$%^&*)
no more than 2 identical characters in a row

Once you select Reset Password, your password will be updated and you will receive an email confirming the change.
