This how-to guide illustrates how to manage your user profile settings, which include :
- editing your profile
- changing your password
- changing your email address
- enabling multi-factor authentication
- creating a personal API access key
After you log in to AirVantage, you can access your user profile settings by clicking on

Select My Profile.
The User Profile page allows you to manage the following settings :
When you select
besides the email address, two possible options can occur.
If your userid uses single sign-on, then your credentials are handled by an external Identity Provider, and you will be informed that you do not have the option to change it.
Non-SSO users will be prompted to enter a new email address. Selecting Change Email sends a notification to both the old and new addresses — the old address is notified of the request, and the new address receives a confirmation link. Once confirmed, you are automatically redirected to the login page.
To update your profile picture, select the

The CHANGE PASSWORD option is only available to non-SSO users. SSO users must change their password through their existing SSO provider.
Type your new password, enter it again to confirm, and then select Reset Password. The password must contain the following :
This page allows you to update your profile details, including your name, job title, company, phone number, and country, as well as manage your marketing communication preferences.
When you select Enable, you will be asked to confirm that you want to turn on MFA. By default, email is set up as your MFA method, but you can also add SMS or an authenticator app.
To add SMS as an MFA method, tap the + icon and enter your phone number. A one-time verification code will be sent to that number — enter it to confirm and complete setup.
To set up an authenticator app, tap the + icon, scan the QR code using your app, and enter the one-time verification code to complete setup.
If this is your first MFA method, a recovery code will be shown — use this code if you are ever unable to log in with your registered MFA method. Keep it saved somewhere safe.
